It’s a 243 with a 55 degree shoulder.

You can fire form 243 then you have to hand load. I have a set of dies if you are a hand loader. If not you need to rebarrel it or sell it.

What manufacturer and model number is it? All you gave us is the caliber.

There's a little more information for you HERE. And there's some information on some of Rocky Gibbs wildcat cartridges on this Wikipedia page HERE.There also an 8mm Gibbs rifle for sale on GunBroker. They're asking $499 for it. I don't know if that reflects the average market price. To the right person it may be worth that or more.
