What's everyone making tomorrow? Got some shanks thawing now I'm gonna smoke and throw in the crockpot with some birria sauce. Gonna used the shredded meat in nachos along with homemade queso, and refried beans. Think I'll also make some finger BLT sandwiches with.

If it were me I'd throw them on a the Crack ass of dawn, wrap them around noon, and I bet they'd be off by kick-off. Even if they're early wrap them in a towel and throw in a cooler will keep no problem 2-3 hours.
