2025 Sask WT adventures

Some people’s favourite thread. Haven’t deer hunted yet been busy chasing geese. Went out tonight and put one bait on public land tonight. My private land baits will go out in about a week when the cows come home. Had this guy come through this spot once. Actually had this camera set for elk. He’s worthy of a closer look

Some bucks from last year I’m hoping survived and are in the area still. Will see what’s around and then figure out if there is anything I wnat to chase this year

I hope he comes back but never got pictures of him last year after November 15 or 16 so I have my doubts

Yea i remember last year I kept waiting for you to post him again and he just never reappeared. Im gonna hold out hope anyways.

Yes that’s him cause of the messed up pedicle the antler grows a bit funny so makes him easy to recognize

Agreed, he would be a good target, although most of the deer that you see would be a HUGE WT for this southern guy.

That’s the one I was lovin too man, 11/11 on the date. Such a sweet buck.

Man Billings is rough on me! I’m a whitetail fanatic and even right on the river, all I see is muleys!

I just hope to see a few bucks this year, EHD has been a bit rough on the herd.

My bait has been slow it’s going to get moved about half mile Saturday. Went and sat a field edge the other night and saw 6 deer. Went back tonight and saw zero. Then saw these. Guess better get some wolf snares out. Probably 5-6 in the pack. If they stick around I’ll do my best to thin them out
