I drew the White Sands - Small Missile Range OIL Oryx tag! Can't believe it Feb 10-12 are the season dates, this is my 4th year putting in for NM hunts.

I have paid trespass fee the last two years to hunt pronghorn in NM on OTC tags. Didn't really want to pay again this year so I decided to put in for the draw for the first time and hopefully draw and avoid the trespass fee. There is BLM land across the road from the private land I have been hunting and I am getting to know the area pretty good. Looks like I drew!

There are both mule and whitetail on the river in 32. Big area, and has hard to find deer.

Hunting that salt cedar by the Pecos is no fun.
