Thanks, all. I had the whole bear done in 1 lb. breakfast sausage packages......it filled a 160 qt. cooler! The sausage is unbelievable...like Jimmy Dean.

I tell people the same thing and get weird looks, but that means I don't have to share.. LOL
But seriously that's a awesome looking bear, I haven't seen a bear of that caliber for at least 5 years here in the central sierras that drought hit the bears here pretty hard.
