I took a week off from work to head out and do some hunting. First stop was outside of Depuyer for cow elk. We walked for two days and didn't see one wapiti. We did see some monster mule deer, but didn't connect.

We then headed over to some Breaks Country and hunted for mule deer and whitetail. Again, bruiser bucks and no opportunity. They were either just at 450 yards, or 20 yards on the wrong side of the fence. Definetely hunting here again. We both put 2 mule deer does on the ground. Will be cutting today and looking for elk and wolves tomorrow.
