I have been battling bronchitis for a couple weeks now so I missed the opener and about two weeks of season. I am finally feeling ok enough for Duke and I to chase some birds. We did alright a couple short of a limit

How are the pea fields up there doing? Last year in ND when we talked to the farmer he said they had a lot of issues with peas in recent years due to disease. A good pea field is as good as it gets.

Over the past couple decades, I see fewer and fewer pea fields in the area I hunt in Saskatchewan.
