Exactly one week from right now, I'll be triple checking everything in my pack to make sure I have everything I think I'll need for my first ever day of elk hunting!!! I'll call the season a success if I just get within range of any elk.

You do know though, no matter how well you try to prepair for these hunts, you will forget some thing that you needed...LOL...

My dad and I both of any bull tags. I plan on forgetting something, that is a given, I just hoping it's not something important like my dad or my rifle!!!
