    High and tight

    So I’m shooting my 6.5 prc and have found that without fail every time I take a cold bore shot it is 1” high. The following shots are all very tight and pattern well. Is there a way to get that cold bore shot in the same spot as the next 5-10?

    Do any of you fine folks have any legitimate load data for the 127 lrx that isn’t based off rl 26 or retumbo? I’d like to load with magnum or h1000 or rl23. Thanks

    Idaho deer?

    So I am wanting to do an otc deer hunt in Idaho this fall and know very little about the state. I would like to hunt around Pocatello. Have any of you had experience in that area who could help a guy out?

    Pet loads for 270 wsm

    I’m purchasing a 270 wsm tomorrow and am looking for a load. I’m going to shoot either a 140 Berger vld or 140 Sierra game changer. What are you all shooting and what are you pushing it with.

    Copper bullets

    I’ve been experimenting with copper bullets, mostly the Barnes LRX. They claim it expands down to 1600 fps. Will the nosler e-tip expand at under 2000 fps? What’s everybody’s experience been with copper?

    Mystery ranch Marshall or beartooth 80.

    So I am trying to decide on a pack that I will be able to do week Long hunts out of but I can also day hunt with on occasion. My two options are the Marshall or the beartooth 80. Does anyone who has experience with these packs have any input on the effectiveness of what I’m wanting to do?

    So I’m seriously thinking about getting into the 6.5-300 weatherby Magnum. I’ve found myself deep into the 6.5 craze having multiple 6.5’s but only one is a creedmoor. Does anyone have the weatherby and is it worth getting into?

    Black bear recipes

    So I shot a early summer black bear here in Utah and right out of the gate I smoked a ham. It was fabulous. 19 hours of smoke and it just fell off the bone. But now I am looking for other ideas. Black bear chili is on the board for the next week or so but what else can I do?
