    7mm will work great. I used a 7mm for every antelope I've harvested except for 1 or 2.

    If it rain or snows access will be harder as in many units. Have a plan B for areas that don't require driving miles and miles down dirt roads.

    Enough grain, hops, and yeast to brew 20 gallons of beer. Freezer is full of antelope, ducks, chicken, and tri-tip. My local grocery store runs buy one get free of chicken and tri-tip once a month. I stay stocked up on bourbon and cigars.

    Some people just like to complain. If you can't ask questions on a forum then what is it's purpose. For your gun shy dog, start with a 22 at distance and bring your dog closer as it gets used to the noise.

    Wow. A lot of canvasback and redheads get banded at the Ruby Lake Refuge. It is an important area in the middle of a desert. Beautiful refuge as well.

    I used to spend all summer bowfishing. I couldn't wait until summer break; gar, catfish, and carp were the three top fish to hunt. Gar went to the local fish shop, carp went on the bank, and catfish went home for the fryer.

    Ever get robbed on a hunt or traveling to and from a hunt

    I had a shotgun and a bag of duck hunting gear stolen from my truck. I missed the duck calls more than the gun as I assume they trashed the calls.
