    Winchester stainless in 300wsm with a can, shooting 200 grain bullets. It is a little heavy but comfortable to shoot and very accurate. If I was to build, I would likely go 300wsm but cut back to 20 with the can and go lighter. 168 Ttsx or 175 lrx would be my preference.

    Have purchased several on contract would recommend escrow services and using a lawyer for contract. Cost is minimal and was worth it to me. If neighbors and you are good with 4-5000 per acre then should be good. Interest rate and amortization is helpful.

    I suggest getting a market valuation from a trusted realtor friend or appraiser. A third party should give you a starting point, and avoid either side feeling like someone is taking advantage of the other. doesn’t mean that valuation is what you have to go with but it is an informed starting point.

    They do make a strap instead of rope or cable. I have not tried one as I use a hand lift. Might be worth a try?

    Generally, it is not exculpatory. If a third party finds a body in your back yard and reports it to police, even if they unlawfully trespass to get there, it is not exculpatory. “Tending to clear from charge or guilt” 4th amendment and exclusions don’t apply to acts by neighbors.

    That answer may be Iowa law specific but most of the time it would be required to be disclosed unless the state argued that the disclosure would present a danger to the informant. But it says the charges were dismissed it may or may not be disclosed in the civil case.
