Personally I'm a bit more concerned about the moose rather than the wolves but toting a .22 Hornet as a weapon for personal protection in the woods... Sounds legit.

I hiked a quick spin over some hills and through the woods. Why did I not pick up a set years ago? I'm sold. I googled "how to use trekking poles" and got about 1,830,000 results however, being a trekking pole newbie anything I should know?
