Which ever you're the most comfortable with. They all will do the job, with shot placement don't care which caliber, shot placement is the key along with practice and you being comfortable with it.

they are hard to put down. My dad and I drew several tags in the 70's and came up with only one bird through the whole time. But with todays tech with shells etc. it might not be so bad. Have a good dog and good luck! Don't know where you're hunting but we did willard bay and the migratory range...
