    If any of If any of those 30 waited for 11 am when the tags were supposed to be released, they had a 0% chance as they were already gone. I guess my issue is if they say they will be reissued at 11 am, then they should be released at 11 am. Not released somehow before them via some other mechanism.

    Strange to publish a list on Tuesday showing the tags that will be issued at 11 am on Wednesday. And then at 10:55 am before the tags are open to the public they are scrubbed from the list. So I was just curious why they would be gone before the 11 am release?
