This is a tough one. On one hand, I love the outdoors and "nature's silence". On the other, I love screaming like a banshee on the back of an atv..... Not sure how I feel about this one.
If it didn't take 5 years to get drawn, I would rub that in a little more. It's sad that my son may not ever enjoy hunting because it such a rare thing to get drawn. Might be time to move to ID!
My wife and I have a cabin about one hour north of Payson. The bucks only come into the development after the hunting seasons end. It sure is neat to have a big old buck like the first one under 40 yards away, without a care in the world.
