Stock Market earnings vs units sold

If you really want some riveting reading look up the 10k/annual report. Here is a link to Krispy Kreme's since you posted a screenshot of that stock: https://d18rn0p25nwr6d.cloudfront.net/CIK-0001857154/647df1d9-1524-440c-a208-91157bd157b2.pdf The management discussion & analysis (MD&A) portion...

    Rock Hounding

I grew up in Lake Superior agate country. My younger brother has buckets and buckets full. He had access to a few local gravel pits. I don't have many pics - found the big one while spring turkey hunting and walking across a plowed field. Happened to kick it loose and noticed the agate color.

Anybody Buying Yet? Where’s the Bottom?

Like you said, age is a big factor on risk. It looks like gold is up 50% in the last year and silver is 76%. Gold has doubled in the last 5 years, so has the S&P 500. Looking for some fun? How much of the investment are you willing to lose? Have a plan in place and follow it. Another way to...

    Home purchase

We bought our house in May of 2019 in CDA ID for 340k. We were 31 yrs old. Would probably sell for around 550k today, which is right around the median home price according to a quick google. We could afford it but wouldn't enjoy the higher interest rate. Income has shifted quite a bit since...

99% of public comments opposed to ending Roadless Rule

Pretty sure the majority of "roadless" areas in North Idaho (north of hwy US 12) have trails with dirt bike access. I cannot imagine needing more 4x4 access. Some pretty cool spots that would not be as cool. And they are doing plenty of thinning and rx burns around these roadless areas too...

    Catch All Fishing Thread

We didn't take many pics of the fish and not as good of quality but I will text you some more. Took us a couple days to get the hang of things navigating the river and how to fish with gear we hadn't used as much. So pics weren't a priority.

    Catch All Fishing Thread

Just finished up 6 days in SW AK catching big rainbows on fly rods. DIY lodge on a big river dodging gravel bars with a prop skiff. If my friends hadn't been going for 10+ years we would have been lost. I might make this an annual excursion. Unfortunately fly out to the Kulik river was...

    Annoying Yard Bucks Anyone?

I wish I was able to get pics. Yesterday evening I saw a giant whitetail near Glenrose in Spokane @Hammsolo @El Jason And when I got back to CDA a very similar whitetail on the edge of town. @BAKPAKR might have a spot nearby.

    Barrel Sauna Ideas

Here is mine - Almost Heaven 6 person. Bought it on sale at Costco in fall of 2019. Helluva value with the way prices increased. I think we paid $3,500. Base is pea gravel. Previous home owners had a hot tub at the same location so there was 220v already there. Had a friend help hookup...

    Shortest season ever?

Awesome, solid work! Fun to have a rifle get its first blood. My wife drew a cow elk controlled hunt up here. But she refuses to hunt in August due to the yellowjackets. Probably won't go out until Oct.
