    Colorado Parks and Wildlife opposes the introduction of wolves to Colorado. However, wolves fall under federal regulation. Therefore, if enough people vote on the matter, the federal government (USFWS) would be releasing wolves into the state.

    I absolutely agree and that's all it is. Buy a bear tag to have one in case, but very few people that I've come across are actually hunting for bears. Hope to do some work in my area to get people more interested instead of saying away from it!

    They are very pro hunting, the group was actually started because of concerns over increased amounts of year-round recreation (of all sorts) impacting elk herds in the immediate area and how that has affected hunting success over the past decade or so.
