rental house questions
Make the other tenants have renters insurance, if allowed. Join a state landlord assoc that can provide you with the rental lease agreements. I would list it as a LLC in either WY, NV or NJ. WY requires a $50,000 cash bond be attain in Casper before they will hear anytype of landsuit against...- Pagosa

Awesome. Thanks for your response. Im curious where you have to access it from to walk in. When I hunted it in 92 we rode in 1 ton dually trucks (8-10 guys) to a randomly drawn are A-G and hunted for 2.5 days. Its surprisely rugged in the sections I hunted and had about a 1/2 of ice covered... -

2026 controlled hunts
To yourself, Wildwill and Lostinthewoods did you guys draw the cow tags as a 2nd or 3rd choice? Ive been applying for bull permits but looking at putting in for a cow license for my 2nd and 3rd choice with the guy Im applying with next year. Good luck on your hunts this winter. -

Poaching in Montana
I think posting signs in limited districts would solve some of the unintentional cases. Ive never been in 380, but districts like 700-705 they could post up signs at the major intersections like Hwy 212/59, Tongue River road, Pumpkin Creek, Otter Creek, etc and say hunting branched bulls in this... -

Am I crazy or would you agree... solitude v success
I ran into a few hunters in MT over the years and most have been really respectful and everyone so far either myself or the other hunter changed course if we bumped into each other. I dont mind the increased pressure as long as they obey vehicle restrictions and adjacient landowners dont herd...- Pagosa

MT opening day Elk hunt , the swing shift
Wow, really nice bull. That is a great find on public land and easy terrian in a non limited unit. I only got to elk hunt 3 days this year and was hoping for any elk. I only seen one five point and two cows in a lot of miles through deadfalls. No shots but already planning for next year when I... -

"Super Range"
Are you guys getting your $5000 checks yet or all that Doge and Tariff money? I wouldnt worry about getting the super bases or the 5k. We are basically broke as a nation and the creditors will be calling. Its not just Trump, but Obiden, Osama Obama, and Bush drove us off the cliff with money...- Pagosa

I appreciate it. I just inserted the SD card and turned it on. So hopefully it captures some pictures. And hopefully they are stored on the SD card. I paid for the subscription, but I think it was working at home bc I had wifi. Thanks- Pagosa

This is unsettling
I think I would find another spot to hunt, esp with your little boy. Ive wondered how effective bear spray would be with all the constant wind.- Pagosa

I walked in front of the camera to test it and I never received any pictures. After a few days I realized it wasnt setup correctly and wasnt sending...- Pagosa
