    Ok. Now this is Senate Bill 514. It has passed the Senate and now moves to the House for consideration. It essentially directs FWP to allow residents to hunt 10-days sooner than non-residents on publicly accessible lands.

    I’m not sure about the Halo collars but we run 7 SpotOn collars with the GPS fence and they work great. Their customer service is great too. A few of our colllars are 3 years old and holding up well.

    upland strap vest recommendations?

    I really like my Orvis Strap vest. I don’t know if it’s possible to wear it out. I have had mine for 5 years and other than gun oil and blood stains there is nothing wrong with it. I hunt in it all over the country and it gets about 50-60 days in the field each year.
