it’s insane to me how many people will go through the effort to comment on Facebook and think they’ve done something. Somehow their random complaining into the ether should be accounted for rather than doing things the right way. -

Interesting. I've listened to several of his podcast episodes and don't recall that. I wouldn't agree with that take. I've heard him say several times that hunt quietly isn't opposed to new hunters in principle, as long as they're in it for hide, horns and personal satisfaction.- Matthew57

I think it's pretty well recognized that people do all sorts of activities for likes on Instagram. The “hunting” side of instagram is littered with examples. I don’t hunt with or associate with people that hunt for that reason but it’s not hard to spot honestly. Even some of my friends talk incessantly about influencers though.- Matthew57

Not Steve but just this year an influencer hunted near where I usually do. It’s pretty obvious where it is located, when people saw the photos there wasn’t really a question.
