‘I Didn’t Vote for This’: A Revolt Against DOGE Cuts, Deep in Trump Country

I know Terry briefly from running across him during hound pursuit season and emails, very stand up guy and Im in full agreement with him. I would like Kennedy better and there are probably much more efficient ways to manage a budget besides slashing the FS/BLM budget, I think Republicans...

    Rough year this fall.

It looks like really tough tracking conditions. One good 3-6 inch snow and those dogs will tree one.

    Living with "Failure"

What type of scope is on the rifle? Sounds like you did everything good as you could do, just keep shooting until they are down. I wouldn't be too hard yourself, everyone has seasons like that

    Deer - lets see em

Thanks, We hunted about 7 days this year and covered a lot of ground. Both were shot within 1-1.75 miles from Montana hwys. We wear the same clothes elk hunting, no kulu or first light here.

School Me on Hunting In Grizz Country

Ive found tracks in early December with my hounds. I would plan on them still be out. We jumped one off a elk carcass on November 22nd last fall along the SE border of Region 2/4.

Looking for MT 291 Honey Holes

Yes she is left eye dominant. And needs help in shooting, but is surprisingly accurate to about 150 yards. Hopefully this year we can practice more. She got a nice buck yesterday. Thanks to Ben for direction on different spots. We got within 40 yards so it was a easy shot.
