    SMOKER: electric or propane

    I do all my smoking in a ceramic kamodo. Real wood charcoal and chunks of wood for the smoke. I have a friend at work who has an electric smoker he loves, but i think mine gives a better smoke. 🍻

    There arae tons of recipes on line for venison bologna. My neighbor used to make it, don't expect it to look like Oscar Meyer! 🍻

    Also, there are some real nice cases out there that have drop tested up to 6.5' and water tested to 6.5'. So maybe put money into a quality case and save on a expensive phone. 🍻
