Doesn't anyone eat the heart and liver?? Gutless method works great, just do it a couple times and it gets easier. I do open it up after for the heart and liver though. -

2012 NW CO Archery Elk Lease
Season opens on Sat Aug 25, and lease runs thru Fri Aug 31. I usually get there on Wed or Thur before. Owner doesn't mind since it's first week. -
