Are tungsten turkey loads worth the money?
I bought three boxes of 3.5 inch (5 shells per box) and two boxes of 3" for an Eider hunt in Greenland this coming March. For me these loads are for special birds and I probably wouldn't use them for turkey.- glass eye

Trying to hunt but ….
…..my trips keep getting canceled. Had a road trip planned to drive up to the Arctic in late August but my brother-in -law got hospitalized and no way was my wife going on a long road trip under those circumstances. If they saw a big bull and hurried after it I can see this happening. Hunting javelina in Arizona in February many years ago. The mornings were in the 20s but would quickly soar into the 60s and 70s. I’m envious that you saw a mt.lion. I’ve lived in the west my whole life and have never seen one. I’ve seen the scat, tracks, evidence of a kill, heard one screaming and found a skeleton of one, but never a live one. -
Cold Hunt, Need Help With My Layers
I have wool pants and shirt and even in very cold weather I get heated up with the pants. With the shirt it’s easy to unbutton or take it off but not so easy with pants on. I’m talking NZ alps in winter and coastal Alaska in winter. I’m sure Alaska interior in winter I wouldn’t be shedding them.- glass eye
