Try a first round dry fire on target before shooting groups? Has this gun shot less than sub moa in the past? Agree with floating, also Ruger triggers aren't great IMO, perhaps try a drop in. Mounting Swaro EL to a tripod

Agree with Randy on getting there early and scouting. Since that episode which I believe was 09, NDOW has signifigantly increased the cow tags(road traffic is crazy)2 seasons worth, right before your hunt. Plus the archery and muzzleloader hunt. The pressure has already arrived before opening... -
