Ziese Terra 3-9x42

Anyone have any experience with this scope ? I am looking at buying a used rifle with this scope on it.

The Terra line is the Chinese products from Ziess. Not bad, but not as good as the full German line. Good optics,good eye relief, seem to tack well.

The Zeiss Terra is the bottom of the line in my opinion. They replaced the Conquest 3 X 9 with the Terra, I believe. I would say it is about par with a Leupold Vari-X II or a Nikon Pro. Cabelas usually sells them for about $399.
Should be a decent scope, but it is not the "best".

This scope is on a Browning XBOLT left hand in 308 Winchester on online auction.Going to watch and plan on bidding in a few days.

I put one on my wife's .270 last year. It's ok but I don't like it nearly as well as my Vari-X II. I expect I'll replace it within the next year and sell it.
