Yet another WY points question.

We're starting to plan for our first WY hunt in a year or two. Going to buy points when it opens in July. My question is can the people that drew a tag this year buy a point come july and go into next years draw with 1 point also?

What he said. And of course if the applicant bought a point at the time he applied, he then can not purchase a point in July. Only one point may be purchased per year, regardless of when purchased.
