WYOMING UNIT 96 ANTELOPE/PRONGHORN

Drew a tag in 96 this season. Never been there. Considering staying in GreenRiver at an RV park, running day trips into the unit.

1) Does anyone have any relevant advice for this unit (Best Access via Green River area)?
2) Anyone have any experience with "The Travel Camp" RV park in Green River?
3) Seasonal issues (mid Oct.)?

Any help would be appreciated.

I am mostly trying to get a feel from locals or other who have hunted the area on what to expect access wise, possible places to stay and Oct. weather?

Do you have goHunt? That is a library of information, especially when combined with Wyoming GFD'S Hunt Planner.

Spent a day looking for a doe on huntable land. Never saw one. Lots of bucks though. Nothing special but also didn’t pay much attention after seeing horns.
