Looks like the winter data is out on the Wyoming/Sublette deer herd conditions.

Pro: really good fawn survival and healthy does.

Con: buck ratio is still low especially for older bucks. Good crop of older bucks coming in several years if we don’t have another 22-23 winter.

Game and Fish conducts annual mule deer surveys | Wyoming Game & Fish Department

JACKSON/PINEDALE – Each winter, Wyoming Game and Fish Department personnel conduct aerial surveys to assess mule deer populations. In late December, wildlife managers in the Jackson and Pinedale regions took to the sky to record classification data for the Wyoming Range and Sublette mule deer herds.
