Wyoming public roadways map

I'm trying to find a map of the public roadways for Weston county. I have found 2 things, maybe 3... The thing is I don't know which one I need, all I want is a map of public roads

The first I called the courthouse and they sent me to the assessors online page shown here http://westongov.com/_departments/_county_assessor/data_request.asp the $750 map doesn't seem right....

Then I found this page with black and white or color prints of maps shown here http://westongov.com/_departments/_county_assessor/index.asp

orrrrr I found this one which is free and online, I got it off of the Weston county webpage http://westongov.com/_departments/_county_assessor/_pdfs/Road_Map.pdf

Finding the ownership of roads is frustrating at best. I have to believe that there are a lot more county roads than show up on your free online map. I think that I would likely get a BLM map narrow the area I wanted to hunt down as far as possible and then ask the county road dept about specific roads in the location you are interested in.

I used the third one (free) in that exact same area and it was perfect! The county assessors page is always the best place to find the public roads in any county based on my 4 years of hunting public land in eastern Wyoming. Print that off, highlight the roads in your Wyoming Atlas and you are good to go. And get the Hunting GPS Map download and upload the info to a car and a handheld GPS. You can find antelope on public out there without much issue by using that chip.

Here is an almost identical map with better coloration for all the publicly maintained roads in Weston County. When you click on the link you can go to the bottom right and use the + and - icons to zoom in and out just like the map in the last link you posted that is pretty similar and actually has names on some of the smaller roads that this one doesn't. Between the two or them you should be good to go as far as what's legal to drive on to access public land up there.

I got several BLM maps of Wyoming but just because it shows a road it does not mean it is open to public.

The National Grasslands map might help too.
