Im going into next year with 2 pp for antelope. My question is that if my first choice is in the pp draw, is my second and third choice also pp draw or random draw?

Your first chance is in whichever of the two PP draws you apply for. If you don't draw in that one, you then go into the random draw with every one who hasn't drawn a tag for that unit to get a second chance at that tag you had for your first choice. If you don't draw the tag there, then you're put into the draw for your second choice if there are any tags left. Then if there aren't any left or you dont draw there, you're put in the draw for your third choice if there any tags left there. You only lose your PPs if you are drawn in the PP draw or the random draw for your first choice.
