After watching the Meateater clip of Steven Rinella frying deer balls, I decided to keep the nads on my antelope buck. They were surprisingly delicious, very much like juicy pork. I just fried them in butter with some pepper. I put some Tapatio on one of them. It was tasty, but it wasn't necessary. There wasn't any funk to mask, and it wasn't as chewy as I expected.

I have been wanting to try Oysters, but always hesitated to cut them off and save them for the looks I would get from my hunting partners.

I've never saved them from game, but rocky mountain oysters are awesome. One of the welding gas suppliers in Denver has a big nut fry for Christmas every year, so good.

Rocky Mountain Oysters are very common around here, and yes, they are delicious. I had to try Wyoming Oysters. I'll never leave them in the field again.
