Wyoming HMA Rules

There are sections of BLM land within the boundary of my Wyoming HMA. Can I access these sections as if they were any other BLM/public lands? Meaning, I can scout/camp and don’t have to wait for the start season? This is assuming I accessed them from public roads.

Actually yes, as long as you can publicly access them. I'd suggest calling the local G&F office though to be sure and not rely on a hunting forum.

If there is a public easement to the BLM you can hunt it with no hma permission slip. No different than any other BLM. State land may be enrolled in the hma and that would require a slip.
