Wyoming Grouse Hunting in the Snowies

Drew an elk tag in the South Region in Wyoming. Does anyone have a handgun recommendation for grouse if I stumble across one while hunting elk? Suppressor recommendation as well?

I only hunt with a handgun… but…. I keep a 3” j frame smith aluminum frame with adjustable sights in my hip pouch on my pack belt. Model 317

I just use whatever cheap 22 ammo I have laying around. Most shots seem to be 15 yards or less.

Any suppressed. 22 you can shoot accurately, I use a .22 rifle mainly and not suppressed.
Been known to empty my quiver of arrows going after a group of grouse, judos and broadheads work well.
