Just looking for some opinions on this hunt. Point creep has driven ppts required sky high! I currently have 9 elk ppts. My hunting buddy only has 5, so we need 2-3 more years to average enough to draw. We plan to hunt with an outfitter.

The reason I’d like to hunt this particular unit is to get familiar with the country for a future deer hunt. I have 10 deer ppts.

So, is 91-1 worth the 9-10 pref points it will take to draw, or are there better units that require less points?

Short answer NO, depending on which outfitter and their access maybe, might want to read other topics about wyoming tags.

I assume you’re talking about the proposed bill to reduce non-res LQ tags?

If 91 isn’t worth 9 points, what unit might be?
