WTB: Remington 700 6.8 SPC

I can get an action from PGT. May have to do that. Looking for a donor rifle. I want to do a 400 legend conversion. The bolt face is the same and would just require a new barrel.

I had @p_ham build me a 350 legend on a 700. Man that thing is awesome. A 400 would be great too. Although, I’ve yet to find a deer that 350 doesn’t wollop.

Also be mindful that if you are going suppressed you are going to have to jump up a suppressor size. Finding one rated for the 400 is going to be a bit of a challenge. Most manufacturers don’t list it as a caliber yet.

I have an encore in 400 legend and I shot a nice 10 point this week with it. Plenty of power for whitetail. No suppressors here in Illinois. Would be nice though.
