Why no "looting" [Japan]

The wife and I were noticing the relief efforts and donations appear non-existant compared to Haiti. Thats all you saw everywhere for a month. I have seen very little of this for Japan, although I'm sure it's happening. Anybody have any idea if other countries had relief efforts/telethons/concerts for the US from Katrina?

Exactly, how come Sean Penn and Brangelina haven't already been over to japan to help in relief? Maybe Susan Sarandon can help stop the nuclear melt down.
