Why can't I post pictures?

The fist time I tried to post a picture I used the IMG icon and it worked fine. Since then I haven't been able to post a picture. Is there some trick I am missing?

Same here when I go to upload from my phone or pc and select the image then press upload it doesn’t work. I figured I pissed someone off.. lol..

I was finally able to post a picture using the upload manager in the ALBUM section of MY PROFILE
