I don't know the pub but I'm slapping down $5 and saying this picture is at the Horseshoe Bend marina/campground area right south of the MT/WY border on the Bighorn.

Edit: I'll double my wager to $10 and say I've put a red X on the map to mark the exact location you were standing in when you took the picture, looking east/northeast across the water.
