You can get the Wyoming draw odds from the WGFD the day they release the drawing results!

Don't make me do my own math for the state with the simplest drawing odds!
I lol'ed, because on one hand, it took me 15 seconds to get the unit info I wanted on WGFD.
But on the other hand, between Regular/Special and Preference/Random - probably not the "simplest" (although I like their system the best after NM).

My recollection is that they usually update WY draw odds sometime after the first of the year. First week of January or thereabout.

I'm sure the staff is enjoying well earned time off during the holidays. Stats will be up then you'll have plenty of time to be disappointed before the non-res elk deadline, after last year's jump.

I saw on GoHunt that they got a bad report from WGF and have requested a new one. Check back soon.

Researching draw odds while perusing google earth is scientifically proven to take 11 months when done properly. Just ask my wife.

I think they try to update draw odds as late as reasonably possible to get you to buy a new subscription every year, rather than do two year’s worth of applications on one year’s subscription. There are some states whose info is put out very early, yet GoHunt only updates the odds about a month prior to the deadline.
I would prefer to have access to them 12mo/yr every year...I do wish they would do $10/mo though.
