What's your favorate?

What is your favrate waterfoul to eat? I personly love goose the best but in the places I've lived you only get a few chances every year to get one. We get teal early in the season here and alot of mallards late,I perfer the smaller ducks best my self.

#1 Canadian goose breast sliced and baked in an oven cooking bag with apple juice and onion.

#2 Mallard breast (again sliced) rolled in drakes and browned in bacon grease and then smothered with onion and a couple cans of beer. I simmer this until the beer cooks down to a nice gravy and it is gooooooood!
