Hows everybody doing? I've been on here for awhile but never really jumped into the action. My names jason from Galt California. Long time successful deer, waterfowl and upland hunter. Just took up Elk hunting 2 years ago and am absolutely hooked on september rutting bulls. Have hunted Idaho for 2 seasons, haven't been successful yet but have definetly had my opportunity. Fortunate enough to have 2 tags this year. My usual idaho A tag and drew a november new mexico bull tag hopefully I will have some luck finding a late season bull should be a fun new adventure. Hope to join the crew and help/learn from you guys. Hunting since I was young I'm coming up on 30 years of hunting california I've shot my fair share of black tails and blacktail/muley crosses with a bow and rifle. I would say I'm lucky enough to be a top 10%er. Cant wait to get there with elk. has definetly been a humbling experience trying to punch that tag. Anyway good to meet you guys cant wait to hunttalk
