I love pulled pork anything, but lately tacos are the ticket. Blue corn tortillas and pulled pork with a good verde sauce and some chopped onion and cilantro. It’s just smoky carnitas!

Lexington-style dip is one of the truly great, underrated barbecue sauces in this country.

I love vinegar anything and when I found these style of sauces it changed my bbq life!

First time making Lexington style and I do really like the tomato notes.

Well, plans changed. Found something to spend my money on and spent the afternoon hauling it home. Too late for doing ribs so I think I'll try cranking up the pellet grill and see what it does with a frozen pizza.
