Reverse seared a ribeye tonight. Turned out decent for a first try.

Well I was preheating the oven and the coil burned out. So fries on the pellet grill to go with elk burgs.

Girls would not entertain the idea of not having fries with their burgers.

Just did this last week as I didn’t feel like heating up the house. Burned the bottom a little bit but not a big deal

Actually turned out great. Adjusted heat down and they cooked even.

Jewel osco had buy 1 get 2 free baby back ribs yesterday. I came home with 6.

Repair day for mine. Hoping new igniter is all that’s needed to get it back and running. Looks like an easy fix
