The Patriot Guard politely requested they rethink when they showed up here to make asses outa themselves at a local Marine's service...they made the right decision and left.

I completely support their right to exercise their Freedom of speech, I would also support a grieving family member or loved ones right to stomp a mud hole in the chest of these clowns.
Freedom Of Speech is not Free.

It would be a tough situation.
Any time the Westboro Baptist Church is involved there should be ten fold the supporters of the family involved. Even if the protesters are not going to be there, "We", the supporters should be there for the families.
Rolling Thunder has assisted in such cases in the past. A Senior Airman was returned to a local town, a few years ago. The Westboro Church didn't have much of a stand

It just really ticks me off about this kind of BS when a parent is trying to put one of there kids in the ground and have to deal with this! Those of us curmudgeons who came through SE Asia can get a little uppity. I just talked to my grandsons tonight about this family and they suggested that old guys take care of it because they are old. Myself thought it quite profound even though they were struggling with the situation and really do not understand.
