I am a first time to the on your own hunts and would like to hunt Phrong horn out west. I was wondering how you know what state and what section to put in for? All help would be greatly appricated. Thanks Grandman.
If your planning on hunting this year you might try a leftover tag in WY if you havent applied for or drew a tag already. Other option would be landowner tags $$$.
On the area you propably want to look for public land unless you want to pay a trespass fee and hunt private.
