Sounds interesting, will check it out! This is a well-written account of the events leading to and the effects of Gen. Pershing’s 1916-17 expedition into Mexico. I had only the sparsest knowledge of that conflict, and I was surprised to know that I have been to some of the places on this side of the border that Pancho Villa raided.

I just finished this account of the Houston Astros’ sign-stealing scandal, written by the reporter who broke the story with Ken Rosenthal. I appreciated that the author spent time dissecting the Astros’ diseased organizational culture, which started at the top with owner Jim Crane and GM Jeff Luhnow. Crane comes off as a garbage human being, and he still owns the team. It's actually good? Because the two other books I've read from outfitters in and around the Bob were pretty poor reads.Just finished Smoke Elser's "Hush of the Land", good read. He did a lot of good for the Bob and Scapegoat.
I thought it was. He had help writing it. I also enjoyed the Ron Mills book, which is probably one of the two books that you’ve read. What’s the other one? It's actually good? Because the two other books I've read from outfitters in and around the Bob were pretty poor reads.
