Western WY BLM Shooting Range?

Looking for any BLM shooting ranges between Evanston and Cody.

I saw a BLM "range" North of Gillette two years ago.

Three dudes were shooting a couple ARs and a bolt action a few yards from the road, leaning on a fence post, shooting at what looked like a flat screen TV box 50 yards away.

Real classy!
