The original factory was in South Gate.
Named for a gate, in a pasture on dairy land...in LA county. Moved when the suburbs developed.
LA County at one time produced more dairy products than any where,even the whole state of WI.

Mavin is starting to make riflescopes. Put one of those on a Wyoming stamped Weatherby and the antelope will be running to get shot by one. I wonder what the most Wyoming caliber is?
