Weatherby 18i vs Element

Hello - I am interested in buying a new SA shotgun, and I am torn between the Weatherby 18i and the Weatherby Element. I will get the black/synthetic version of either, if that matters. Thoughts on the pros/cons and similarities/differences between the two?
